But in most cases, the business buyer needs to acquire either your product, your competitor's product, or some other type of product to address a specific requirement or solve a particular problem. For example, if you operate a business office and want the ability to send or receive E-mail over the Internet, you must either buy my Internet access service, my competitor's service, or subscribe to a public online service such as CompuServe or America Online.
