Real Estate Post Cards and Targeted Business Mailing Lists information: When you deliver printing, tapes, labels, and other materials to your letter shop, include specific written instructions and a sample of your mailing pieces inserted in the envelope. While I was working at Orange County Federal, our letter shop once used standard No. 10 envelopes with labels on the outside for a job that was supposed to have been inserted in window envelopes with the labels on the response cards showing through the window.
As a result, the people who wanted to respond had to write their name and address in the open space on the reply card where a label should have been. The DM letter in the envelope referred to the reply card, with the member's "name and ad-dress already on it." Mistakes are good teachers sometimes, but this is one lesson you can learn the easy way. Make sure communications with your letter shop are clear and in writing. Another item to check is the quantity of your printed materials the letter shop has.
If you're mailing to a list of 10,000, you will deliver 10,000 envelopes, brochures, letters, and reply cards to the mailing house. Simple. But after you have done a few mailings, you may have excess supplies, such as envelopes or reply cards, stored at the mailing house, and it may be difficult for good ideas to salt your house list with several names and addresses of your own. Before a mailing, be sure to check your deposit accounts with the post office.

Separate Nth-name samples of the same list. By coding your mailings, you should be able to tell whether the results are identical, which would indicate a homogenous list.
The services buy in such large quantities that they can often give you your commission, take their percentage, and still sell you a spot for the price you'd pay for it after you negotiated. The size of your radio buy will determine whether it's feasible to work with a buying service.
