Real Estate Post Cards
Organize office procedures for recording, analyzing results. When your computer tape or mailing labels arrive, check to see what you've got. With labels, you can randomly check names and addresses. If the list was ordered according to geography, business type, business title, or other identifiable selections, you should be able to glance through the list to see if it looks correct. For instance, if you've ordered a business list and you see nothing but residential names and addresses, you know a mistake has been made. If you don't have enough money deposited to cover business reply mail, for example, the postal service may hold up delivery of your orders.

Real Estate Post Cards info: Mailing labels usually come in one of two forms. Cheshire labels are simply names and addresses printed on computer paper. They need to be cut, glued, and affixed. Avery labels are the peel-and-stick variety. If you receive a tape, it will come with a limited printout (dump) used mainly to identify the proper format. It's a good idea to check a batch of names and addresses either before or during your imprinting run, again to make the same address checks as mentioned above for labels.
